5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Four bedrooms have king beds (2 en-suite, 2 sharing). One large bunk bedroom for children has its own bathroom. Open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen open onto a covered verandah and pool. A covered roof deck has sea views.

Inverter and battery backup, water tanks, smart TV (DSTV on request for longer stays). Secure parking for 4 vehicles. Walls, palisade and electric perimeter fence. Maximum 8 adults and 8 children. No functions or parties.
