Carinya – “a happy peaceful home”. Set in the Leisure Bay Conservancy, about 250 m from Kidds Beach and Peter Pan Beach.

Large multipurpose living room with study, TV, lounge and dining opening to an open-plan kitchen. Two en-suite bedrooms plus two bedrooms sharing a bathroom (bath and shower) and a separate toilet. Large covered patio and pool.

Solar electricity and water storage tanks. Ice maker and water chiller. Owners live in a separate cottage on the property. The whole house is for guests.
